I sent my Greenworks mower in to get repaired, and from my side it seemed to take a lot longer than they originally told me. I don’t have every detail on what was happening behind the scenes, but trying to get updates was a pain, and whenever I did get a response, it felt like the same vague answer over and over.

When the mower finally came back, the issue still seemed to be there, so now I’m back to calling them again. Maybe there’s more to it that I’m not seeing, but based on my experience, it was frustrating and didn’t feel worth the hassle.

I ordered a replacement chain and somehow got the wrong size. The box was in good shape, so it didn’t look like a shipping issue, it just wasn’t what I chose. Maybe I’m a bit biased because I’ve had smoother experiences with other places, but the slow customer service made it way more frustrating than it needed to be. They did fix it in the end, but the whole thing was annoying.

I’m a bit disappointed with the power on this. My Greenworks tool seems to slow down really easily, even on things I didn’t think would be that tough. The battery shows it’s charged, so maybe I’m expecting too much, but it just feels weak and struggles more than I thought it would. It might be fine for really small, light jobs, but for my regular yard work it ended up being frustrating

When my order showed up, the box was a little beat up, which made me a bit nervous at first. Thankfully, the tool itself was totally fine and worked as expected. To me, it just seems like they could add a bit more padding so it feels more secure during shipping.

They did end up honoring the warranty, so I’ll give them credit for that. But the whole process took longer than it should have. Emails were slow, and I had to follow up twice just to keep things moving, which felt like a lot of wasted energy for something simple. I finally got the part in the end, so it worked out, but it definitely wasn’t smooth

I bought one of their battery mowers thinking it would be plenty for my small yard, but it’s been dissapointing. It just doesn’t cut as clean as I expected at all.
Even when the grass is dry, it leaves these random taller strips behind, so I end up going over the same area two or three times. If the grass is even a little thick, the mower starts bogging down quick.
I checked the blades and messed with the height settings, but it still cuts badly. It’s been more hassle than it’s worth, and I really wish I had returned it sooner.

I picked up this battery trimmer expecting it to hold up for regular yard work, but it died after only a few uses. Disappointing, honestly. It makes me wonder if the company is more focused on getting people to buy replacements than actually making something that lasts.

It charges quick. I wasn’t expecting it to be this fast, but yeah, it gets the job done.

i was surprised how much quieter this is compared to my old gas trimmer. it’s definitely not silent, but for regular yard work it’s totally fine.

I ordered from greenworkstools.com mainly because I already had a couple Greenworks batteries sitting around at home. I was happy they popped right into the new tool without any hassle or having to buy extra stuff.

It’s super convenient having the same battery work for the mower, trimmer, and blower. Shipping was fine too, and it’s nice not having a bunch of random chargers cluttering everything up.

Using the site was more frustrating than I expected. I just wanted to find the parts I needed, but the pages were slow, the filters didn’t really narrow things down, and checkout felt way more clunky than it should. I actually gave up once and came back later because I was like, why is this so complicated? Not the smoothest shopping experience.
